APPOINTMENT:SLOTS ARE RELEASED ON THE 20TH OF
EVERY MONTH AT 8PM Any emergency appointments are subject to
availability and an additional £20 will apply.
LATENESS: There is a late fee of £10 for every 15 minutes. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment could be cancelled or rescheduled
so please ensure you arrive on time.
RESCHEDULING AND
CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to reschedule please notify me 48 hours before. You can only reschedule within
the same month if there is availability
No shows will be charged the full amount As appointments go very quick, a cancellation list will be provided on my Instagram story after
my slots have come out and every Sunday
DEPOSITS : All clients are required to pay a £20 deposit via PayPal to secure your appointment and
the remaining balance to be paid on the day.
Also deposits are non-refundable if cancelled.

I got boho braids done, and the experience was pretty good. I booked my appointment ahead of time, and Promise was at the salon right on time. We went to the hair shop together to pick out the hair and buy some gel, which was super convenient. The salon is nice, and she was friendly and professional. The braids turned out great—perfect for summer!
